Love Mom Hamper Giveaway - Official Rules

Eligibility

  1. Love Mom Giveaway (“Love Mom Hamper”) is open only to residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland who are 18 years of age and over.

  2. Love Mom Hamper begins on June 18th and ends on 20th June 2021.

  3. Love Mom Hamper is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

  4. By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and Love Mom's decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to Love Mom Hamper.

How to enter

  1. You can enter by: Visiting www.thebabyshow.co.uk.

  2. Sign up to receive Love Mom emails by entering your valid email address and your name.

  3. There is no purchase necessary to participate.

  4. Only valid and correctly completed entries will be eligible to win.

  5. Only one entry per household is allowed.

  6. Any attempt by any entrant to submit more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods, will void that entrant's submission and may result in disqualification as Love Mom sees fit.

  7. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply and are your responsibility.

Love Mom Hamper Winner Notification

  1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received, on or about 21st June 2021

  2. random drawing will be conducted through Salesforce (an electronic third party system) by Love Mom.

  3. Winner will be notified via email and given instructions on how to contact Love Mom to claim his/her prize.

  4. If a potential winner is not reachable at the email address provided and a forwarding address and/or email address is not made available or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable then the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Love Mom sole discretion.

  5. Winners will receive their prize within 28 working days from contact being made.

  3. Total approximate retail value of each prize pack is £103.99. No cash in lieu of prize will be awarded.

  4. No substitute or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of Love Mom, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or any component thereof of equal or greater value.

  5. Love Mom is not responsible for lost or stolen prize, or for unavailability due to circumstances beyond Love Mom's control of any component of the prize.

General Rules

  1. If a potential prize winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the potential winner's parent/legal guardian.

  2. Love Mom is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communication caused by human error or otherwise which may occur in the processing of entries in Love Mom Hamper.

  3. Love Mom and each of its employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in Love Mom Hamper or the prize awarded.

  4. By accepting the prize, you agree to give permission to Love Mom to use the winner's name and email address provided for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

Disclaimers

  1. Love Mom reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of Love Mom Hamper; violates the Terms and Conditions; or acts in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

  2. Love Mom reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend Love Mom Hamper if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other problems beyond the control of Promoter and award the prize from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

  1. Information collected by Love Mom in connection with Love Mom Hamper is subject to Love Mom's privacy statement located at https://www.lovemom.co.uk/privacy and applicable data protection laws.

  2. Each entrant agrees to the collection, processing, and storage of entrant's personal data by Love Mom for purposes of Love Mom Hamper.
